Sigma Notifications
Notification List
The Notification List from the bottom section of the Navigation Bar. When unacknowledged items are listed, the flag icon appears next to the User menu with a count of the number of items.
When System Events are processed, they are often delivered by a background job. The Notification list offers visibility of certain jobs.
Opening the Notifications List
If the flag has a number against it, this is the amount of unread notifications
Click on Notifications
The Notification List page opens:
Search Options
Search Text - enter freetext
Notification Type - choose from:
All
Background Job Inserted
Background Job Finished
Background Job Failed
Information
Notification Area - choose from:
All
Unknown
Copy Tree Item
Data Export
Weather Meter Configuration
Regression Model Configuration
Delete Meter Data
System Health Check
Accruals
Notification Severity - choose from All, Information, Warning or Error
Notification Status - defaults to Active, but change to All or Acknowledged
Available Actions
Acknowledging a Notification
Acknowledge will mark the Item as acknowledged so it appears is a separately filtered list.
Highlight one or more Notification
Click Acknowledge
Deleting a Notification
Delete removes the Item from the Notification list so it appears is a separately filtered list.
Highlight one or more Notification
Click Delete to remove from the list
Go To Option
The option will change depending on what Item has been selected. For example, if on an Accrual, the option will be Go To Accrual, or if on a Meter, will be Go To Delete Meter Data where you can delete data.
Viewing Acknowledge Notifications
Change the Notification Status to Acknowledged
