Meter Budget Analysis

Budget Analysis will quantify savings, help to control usage and report on investment return. Budget Analysis templates will calculate the variance to evaluate performance. An alarm type, dedicated to Budget variance, will alert when consumption has drifted from the Budgeted Targets. The Budget Analysis functions are a comparative tool for calculating the variance between sets of annual data. The parameters are selected according to preference. The graph and associated data quantify the variance. 

Budgets

Budgets are annual allocations of consumption that set the expectation for usage at each data point. 

Quickset Budgets

Allows you to create Budgets for individual Budgets for multiple Meters. Quickset Budgets allows Budgets to be created for multiple Meters.

There are three steps:

• Select Meters/Budget Type - selects the Meters, Budget information and calculation method

• Choose Meters - refines the list of Meters selected before calculating Budgets

• Budget Created - calculates and summarises the Annual Budget values

Profile Templates

The Profile Templates define the proportion of Annual Consumption for each Day, Week or Month. New Templates can be added to customise the use of Budget Calculations and Project Tracking savings. 

Import Budgets

Budgets can be imported in the Import Budgets Page. It is advised to download the Budget Template first using the Download option. Complete the CSV and then import using the Import option.
