What is a Dashboard?
A Dashboard is a visual display of data from Sigma. It displays information in a variety of ways from different sources. A Dashboard can contain several pages of information with a choice of layouts and options. This type of Dashboard is displayed from the User menu and is also known as a Facilities Dashboard.
Every user has a private Dashboard that can only be seen by that User. Public Dashboards can be created and viewed by all. Public Dashboards can also be set as the default Dashboard for a User.
Why use Dashboards?
Dashboards provide an overview of the key information relevant to Energy Monitoring. They will immediately highlight exceptions and trends. They can also be used to communicate and promote energy saving achievements. A user can design their own Dashboard to support their responsibilities and focus their efforts.

A Dashboard can consist of numerous pages giving either different types of data (cost or consumption for example) or for different areas of a portfolio.
