Summary

The Summary is a dashboard for each policy. It displays an overview of the policy by showing analysis and lists for policy performance and project status. There can be multiple projects associated to a single policy record. There can be many policies recorded in the system but the projects are associated to a single policy. The policy on display can be changed according to preference. 

Policies

A Policy defines the criteria to measure the return on investment when analysing or summarising the benefits. A Policy is the overarching record for numerous Projects . The Policy is categorised by the type selected and defined by the duration baseline and expected savings. 

Opportunities / Projects

This is used to create, manage and verify a Project.

Opportunity Analysis

The Opportunity Analysis page provides a method of evaluating Projects to assist the business decision on whether to commission. A project record is saved for all of the possible methods that assist the goals of the Policy.

Project Performance Analysis

Project Performance Analysis provides a method of evaluating verified projects.

A verified project has been completed and the saving quantified.

The associated savings have been calculated and the values are presented graphically by this analysis chart.
