Maintenance Notifications

 

To receive email notifications of any maintenance periods where Sigma will not be available you will need to Subscribe to receive the emails.

Subscribing to Updates

Open: https://sigmasem.site24x7statusiq.com/

  • Click Subscribe

Enter your details:

  • Click Subscribe to email notifications

 

 

You will then receive an email from StatusIQ asking you to subscribe:

  • Click Confirm Subscription

The following message appears to confirm your subscription.

You can close the window or:

  • Click Status Page to see any recent notifications

  • Click Manage to update your User Name and Email Address and confirm which notifications you want to receive

    • Note you will automatically be signed up for General Information and System Availability

Now you have subscribed, you will receive notifications via email.

Receiving Notifications

Once you have subscribed, we will notify you, by email, of any General Information or System Availability.

Generally, if Sigma is going to be unavailable, you will receive three emails

  • Prior notice that there will be maintenance

  • Reminder that the maintenance window has started

  • Confirmation that Sigma is now available

Unsubscribing from Notifications

 If you no longer want to receive Notifications:

  • Click Unsubscribe
